Girls (and one boy) just wanna have fun

Steph's birthday is this week, and she and Alex threw the best shindig, turning their home into The Annex, a place in the lower east side that used to have a Friday night party called "Ruff Club"

Before dancing there was tons of food: Lobster, macaroni and cheese, mozzarella and tomato salad, delish fried chicken with awesome aioli sauce... Yum!

I think everyone had a great night. Forgot to take a picture of the chicken and I didn't have the guts to taste the lobster, but I was too busy eating to worry over it. Happy birthday, Steph!!!

Selling Out

And so, I've purchased an iPhone. It's an old, old generation, and refurbished, and somewhat that makes me feel a little bit better. I still feel like I'm selling out. Oh, bother.

Regardless: here's dinner at grandma's. Brown rice, chicken, greens and veggies salad, and sweet plantains. Yay abuela!
