Friday Night In

So I leave tomorrow for Fishers, IN, and I had no desire to spend any money, so Friday night found me at home, ready to start packing and eating some of my Mami's home cooked meals. It was a pretty chill night - I enjoyed some Fringe late in the evening after I finished packing, but first I sat to enjoy Mami's version of a grilled chicken salad:

Your eyes are feasting on grilled chicken, of course, broccoli, chopped tomatoes, chopped raw white onions, parsley, pepper, salt, oil and vinegar.

Simple and super delicioso. Living with Mami definitely has its perks.
